Job Profile (Brief)

Assistant Manager:

• Manage, review and analyse MIS related to allocated areas (HOs, SOs, BOs, IBCs).
• Conduct field visits and organize business/financial literacy camps to drive IPPB business.
• Support end users in operations, device handling and technology-related issue escalation.
• Assist in onboarding end users by allocating devices, SIM cards, inventory and training material.

Junior Associate:

• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales.
• Sell all banking products and services offered by IPPB.
• Identify, onboard and activate individual business correspondents and generate revenue.
• Organize sales campaigns around access points/IBC locations and generate CASA and other business leads.
